Frequently Asked Questions
How does online training work?
After completing a health survey we will have an initial consultation via phone or video to determine goals. Weekly and long term plans will be provided with regular checks on progress. Plans will be adjusted based on progress.
Where does in-person training take place?
Running coaching can be provided at your preferred running location in or near Highland Park, NJ (further afield may be possible on request).
Personal Training can be in an outdoor location near Highland Park, NJ or in your own home. Note that Personal Training will not be possible at your gym unless they allow outside trainers.
